Partially hydrolyzed Guar gum (PHGG) is a natural water-soluble dietary fiber with over 75% fiber content. Obtained by enzymatic
hydrolysis of guar gum, it has the characteristics of low viscosity and high solubility, and remains stable in a wide range of
