Product Description
Resorcino is a 1,3-isomer (or meta-isomer) of benzenediol with the formula C6H4(OH)2. This product has bactericidal, fungicidal and antipruritic effects. Its irritation and corrosivity are also small. Low concentration can promote cutin regeneration, and high concentration can peel cutin. It is used for Reinforced rubber product adhesion systems: natural and synthetic rubber to steel, nylon, polyester, aramid, glass and rayon fibers employed in tires and industrial products including belts and hose; Critical ingredient in wood bonding adhesives; Essential raw material for many specialty chemicals: ultraviolet light absorbers, fire retardants, polycarbonates, agricultural chemicals, urethane elastomers, dyestuffs and others.
