CDL Vertical multi-stage Centrifugal Water Pump for Clean Water Treatment
Applications The CDLF(T) is a multi-functional product capable of conveying various different media ranging from tap water to industrial liquids, adapting to different temperature, flow rate and pressure ranges.
1. Water Supply: Filtration and conveyance in water plants, water distribution in different sections of water plants, main pipe pressurization, and fire protection systems.
2. Industrial Pressurization: Process water systems, cleaning systems, high-pressure flushing systems, and fire protection systems.
3. Industrial Liquid Conveyance: Cooling and air-conditioning systems, boiler feed water and condensate systems, machine tool accessories, acids and alkalis.
4. Water Treatment: Ultrafiltration systems, reverse osmosis systems, distillation systems, separators, swimming pools. Irrigation: Farmland irrigation, drip irrigation.
Operating Conditions
The pump is suitable for handling liquids that are thin, clean, non-flammable, non-explosive, and free of solid particles or fibers. Liquid Temperature: For normal temperature type, it ranges from -15°C to +70°C.
For hot water type, it ranges from -15°C to +120°C.
Ambient Temperature: The maximum ambient temperature is +40°C.
Pump
The CDLF is a non-self-priming vertical multistage centrifugal pump equipped with a standard motor. The motor shaft is directly connected to the pump shaft through the pump head by a coupling. The tie rod bolts hold the pressure cylinder and the flow passage components between the pump head and the inlet and outlet sections. The inlet and outlet ports of the pump are on the same straight line of the pump. This pump can be equipped with an intelligent protector as required to effectively protect the pump from dry running, phase loss, overload and other issues.
Motor
The motor is a totally enclosed, air-cooled two-pole standard motor.
