This lline is an automatic one which is from mixing, extrusion, baking, flipping cake, falling cake, filling, overlying to stamping. It is controlled by electricity, pneumatic, photoelectricity. This machine could make fine texture, soft, delicate, moist dorayaki. You could use sweet bean paste, chocolate liquor and other fillings as dorayaki filling.
