The 3-fragment full range toe-guard can prevent the operator from entering into the dock leveler by accident and prevent any damage and casualty to the operator.
Operation process: Push "UP" button, platform begin to rise. When it rise to highest point, push "EXTEND" button, lip extend out. Then press "DOWN" button, platform and lip lower down to rest on the truck box bed. When loading&unloading is over, then press "UP" botton, platform and lip begin to rise. When platform and lip get away from the truck box bed, then press "RETRACTION" button, lip retract. The push "DOWN" button, then dock leveler restore to original stored position.
Two laminated rubber bumper with woven fiber inside can withstand any shock between the truck and dock.
Meets all possible user demand and comply with rules and regulations of European EN1398 standards.
