1. Introduction

Hydraulic cargo lift is widely used for transporting cargo or cars from ground floor to 
upperfloors, which provides fast, efficient, convenient and safe access to mezzanines, 
balconies, basements, and any levels in multistoried building. It can be installed indoor 
and outdoor applications.

The guide rail, cylinder, cross-beam, base support, wire rope wheel and horizontal
support were already fixed together, so the lift is easy to assemble and install.


4. Safety

Hydraulic cargo lift not only have all safety device of the traditional elevator, but also 
have the special system:
(1). Spillover valve, it can prevent high pressure when the machine moves up.
(2). Manual emergency valve, it can go down to the nearest floor and open the door when meet an emergency. 
(3). Manual pump, it can go down to the nearest floor and open the door when meet an 
emergency.
(4). Pipe fracture valve, when the hydraulic system pipe fracture, it can cut down the 
(5). Overload warning device. When the cargo on the platform is over the rated capacity of the lift, the warning light  will work.

Interlocking System

Only all doors closed, could the cargo lift hoist. If any door open, the lift will not move. It prevent worker's misoperation and potential damage to workers.


Manual Decline Valve
In case of the failure of electricity supply, the platform will be suspended in midair. Then we could manually make the platform come down to Ground floor by the Manual Decline Valve. Prevent potential danger.

Anti-explosion Valve
In case of hydraulic pipe fracture, then Anti-explosion valve will work to prevent the hydralic oil leak out, so that it prevent the platform fall down. Protect the safety of the goods and worker.
