Hydraulic Natural Stone Splitting machine
It suitable for splitting all types of natural and artifical stones, used for the production of large and small materials for mosaic and stone flooring. And characterized by high reliability and easy handling, every splitting machine can be integrated in a production line, especially designed according to your needs.
Using our splitting machines you could produce a wide range of products like: Cobble stones, Paving stones, Tiles for paving and cladding, Wall stones and Kerb stones, etc. Our machines are known also as splitters, hydraulic splitting machines, stone splitter or stone cutter (for rustic products).
The hydraulic system of our machines mainly uses the hydraulic components of German Bosch Rexroth with stable performance, no oil leakage, low noise and long service life and so on.
Electrical system of our machines is safe, reliable, convenient and flexible and the components are from the brands ofSchneider and Omron.
The machines can be operated automatically or manually and move continuously or single-step. Equipped with a separate control cabinet, the electric control part can be operated by a total station and a button box. The start-up and operation is very convenient.
The character of the machine is of intelligent gear cutting head, can adjust itself according to the condition of the stone face, and then, generate hydraulic power to split the stone down in a spot. Therefore it is of high speed, good quality, low consumption and so on, which can improve products quality and production efficiency in a high degree.
