Cuplock scaffolding ledger blade, some one call it ledger end or ledger pin, made by forging of Q235 steel, different raw material can also be made on your request.
Uppercup: Two processing technics, casting steel or iron and forging. Forging is much stronger but more expensive than casting.
Cuplockscaffolding bottom cup is made by pressing, almost a standard part.
Shot blasting will be given after these parts are made. Shot blasting can make a forged part's surface more stronger and better in wear-resistant while keeps the same tensile strength inside.
