Features:
* Electromagnetic brake is featured by it's unique brake design.It immediately operates when power cuts off(even if the hoist is fully-loaded).
* The mechanical load brake effectively prevents the hoist descending too fast even if it is fully loaded.The mechanical load brake
* operate independently so if the electromagnetic brake fails the mechanical load brake will still function.
* The hook is constructed of anti-pull and heat-treated steel and meets required standards.The lower-hook can turn 360 degree;it's tongue provides a guarantee for safety.
* The back-phase protects the motor from overheating in the case of wrong phase position.
* The power will cut off automatically when the hoist ascends or descends to its limit.

1. Electric motor partial outer cover with heat protection device
They are made of high strength aluminum system through compression casting formation.
Features: Solid and light, Fast release heat, Continuous use, Enclosed structure. Can be used in the chemical plants, electroplating factories, and other places.
2. Side magnetic braking
This masterly structure ensure the hoist absolutly safety when the power off. And ensures it is safe when has excess load. Also it combine to the motor braking as the double brake system to strengthen security and durability.
3. Gear: The gear made of alloy steel and through the heat treatment
4. Antiphase protector: Special electrical installation which control the circuit not to work in case of wiring error in the power supply.
5. Limit switch: The limit switch device is installed where the weight is lifted on and off to make the motor to stop automatically so as to prohibit the chains from exceeding for safety
6. Chain: It is made of FEC80 ultra strong heat treatment alloy steel.
