Applications:

Huayun horizontal sand-grinding machine is fit for industries such as painting, oil paint, printing ink, pigment dye, food, cosmetic and synthetic detergent.

Working principle:

This machine is continuous operation, totally closed horizontal wet sand-grinding machine.

The pre-dispersed material is pressed into grinding barrel through pump (usually a diaphragm pump) and propelled to rotate at high speed with grinding medium such as glass beads or Zirconium beads by high-speed rotating grinding plate. During this rotation, the solid particles and flocculent polymer in material will collide and rub with grinding medium thoroughly, and the material will be ground to an ideal technical state.
