Olidia® is an injectable dermal filler based on poly L-lactic acid. This filler has been developed to fill in the lost volume on the face by stimulating collagenesis. The main ingredient of Olidia® is PLLA. PLLA has been used around the world for over 20 years in medical devices, e.g. for dissolving sutures. As Olidia® is made of synthetic materials, there is no need for allergy testing before the procedure.
What is PLLA?
It is poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA) is a biocompatible and biodegradable polymer. PLLA particles stimulate fibroblasts to produce collagen, while the newly formed collagen creates volume. After administration, PLLA is absorbed and degraded, thereby eventually undergoing respiration as Co2.
PLLA is the most durable dermal filler of all currently FDA approved biodegradable products. In 80% of respondents, it lasted for about 24 months.

Purpose of use:
Olidia is indicated for use in adults without contraindications for use as a single treatment for the correction of both shallow and deep defects (nasolabial furrows) and other expression lines.
How to use:
Before the treatment with Olidia, please follow the instructions on the leaflet.
* Treatment with this product should be performed using a linear technique.
