1. Function:
1). Wafer Baking Oven is very important equipment in the wafer production line.
2). The wafer baking system uses LPG for heating of the baking plates. The function of the baking oven is fully automatic from spreading batter on the plates through until baked wafer sheets come out of the oven.
3). Baking is even and produces good quality wafer sheets for next procedure.
4). In PLC there is PID controller which is used for controlling the temperature of the baking plates automatically.
5). The collection of required signal of PID is supplied by infrared sensor.
6). The oven status display and the data reset are supplied by a touch screen, all motor have the starting current protection and thermal overload protection

1). The fire color is identical due to the reasonable option of the heating components, the proper material of the baking sheet and the suitable frame of the mold so the fire color in the center of the wafer biscuit is the same as the around.
2). The high product quality. Because of the uniform, the identical fire color. So the rate of the products is getting higher.
3). High rate of certified products with finished product rate of not less than 98%. Because of uniform heating and unanimous heat colors, the demoulding rate of biscuit is high with improving rate of certified products accordingly
4). Small cubage. As a result of reasonable layout, the body length of the baking oven is only 2/3 of the same type of product, which saves space greatly
