CK5231E CNC Double Column Vertical Lathe Machine
Products features: :
1. High rigidity gantry frame structure, large cross-section column and crossbeam, box-shaped structure, optimization reinforcement, all large workpieces are analyzed by finite element to ensure rigidity under stress condition.
2. Table uses constant hydraulic-static guideway, which has large carrying capacity and high rotary precision.
3. Main drive uses second or fourth gear to change speed. Users can equip with AC frequency, AC servo or DC servo main motor.
4. Spindle encoder can turn thread.
5. Big diameter ball screw equips with import Xingxing reducer to output torque feed force.
6. Crossbeam is equipped with steel guideway and hydraulic unloading. X axis can choose hydraulic-static guideway. Z axis can choose sliding composite guideway to adopt the requirements of high-position and precision.
7. Independent large-capacity hydraulic station and can be equipped with oil cooler.
8. Crossbeam is equipped with steel telescopic guard and tool RAM is fixed gurad.
9. Siemens or FANUC system.
10. Users can choose to install linear closed loop controlling.
11. Users can equip with one CNC tool RAM, one CNC and one PLC tool RAM or two CNC tool rams.
