This equipment is a spray coating equipment designed specifically for panels such as door panels. The equipment consists of a host, an electric control box, a compressed air part, and an exhaust air part. The five axis spray gun control device is equipped with an electronic control system with five movement directions, mainly controlling the reciprocating direction, height, angle, etc. of the spray gun.
The rotary table is equipped with two sets of fixed support arms for door panels, which can automatically rotate the workpiece and flip for spraying. One group can work while the other group can perform loading and unloading.
This equipment adopts CNC operation, and through visual operation panel, simple settings can be made to achieve high-quality spraying.
This device has six coordinate directions for the X Y Z U V turntable. Diversified spraying can be carried out based on different specifications of plates by users.
The XYZ three axes are responsible for the vertical and horizontal translation, rise and fall of the spray gun, the U axis is responsible for the rotation of the spray gun, the V axis is responsible for adjusting the angle between the spray gun and the workpiece, and the turntable is responsible for the rotation of the workpiece during loading and unloading.
