This busbar chamfering machine can chamfer automaticully for different common busbars.
The automatic alignment technology makes the jig always align the center line of the busbar indenter.
The indenter plate adopt 4-axis positioning, which insures the good combination of the busbar and the indenter, make the chamfering result better.
Adopt international standard BT40 tool holders, easy to change, good rigid, high accuracy.
X, Y axis are driven by high power Panasonic AC servo motor and conveyed by Taiwan HIWIN ball screw and linear guide transmission, low noise and low vibration.
