Product Description
This product is a kind of lathe which is semi-close loop control with two servo-drive connected directly. All the two axis are the sliding (hard) rail kind . The structure and dimension of axis are compact and reasonable. Spindle is gear transmission and variable- frequency variable-speed droved by variable frequency motor through belt which can clamping various plate, shaft, and component all at once. It can complete the processing of recessing, groove, inner (outer) hole, spherical, R cone angle, curved shape, cone shape, end face, and the single or multiple thread processing for the metric/inch threads. It is applicable for multi and mass production, and can meet the processing demands for complex and high precision parts.
Powerful Milling and Turning System Adopts the latest tool selection systems, the fastest servo turret, 3-disc clutch gear positioning and fast hydraulic locking. Tool-to-tool change 0.2 second. Powerful drilling, milling, turning, tapping as well as end milling capabilities for high efficiency integrated machining.
High Speed and High Precision Hydraulic C am Turret Holds 10 tools, 0.3 second tool change, repeatable accuracy up to 0.002mm.
High Accurate CS Indexing Spindle System High accuracy CS indexing spindle driven by CS high accuracy servo motor, high resolution feedback device.
