Material properties
BG08 aluminum:
Main Composition: Mn10~1.5, Cu0.1~1.0, Si 0.1~0.5, Ti0.1~0.2, Fe0.2~0.6, Mg1.0~2.5, Zn2.0 ~ 4.0 AL
Advantages:
It is mainly used in products with medium strength requirements and similar performance to 6063. Excellent property of black oxidation, easy to cast, and stable machinability, etc.
Disadvantages:
The color is dark when making color oxidation, and there will be spots when the oxidation is not well controlled, which is relatively difficult to form compared with ADC12
Remark:
The product is developed by our company that is based on the properties between BG01 aluminum and BG04 aluminum, which meets requirement of mechanical properties of general products and has high-quality oxidation. At the same time, it has good castability. It is widely used for handles, aiming tools and general parts in construction industry.
Machining Characteristics:
1.Mold designing and manufacturing.
2.Die-casting molding of products, and stock is left out to the positions with precision requirement for machining.
3. Fitting parts and parts with accuracy requirements are CNC machined to ensure that roundness is within 0.01mm, concentricity is within 0.015mm, and the inner circle tolerance value is + 0.018mm.
Surface Treatment
Spray 120# fine sand + black oxidation treatment to meet the requirements of environmental protectiion.
