High precision centerless grinder
1, Machine body
The body and components are cast in one go using high-grade cast iron FC30. They undergo manual normalization heat treatment, and then undergo natural aging treatment for more than six months. The components are processed using world-class equipment such as YASDA, MITSUI SEIKI, TOSHIBA, and ELB. The precision dimensions can be Reaching the micron level to ensure high precision of equipment basic components.
2. Spindle system
The spindle is made of SNCM-21H alloy steel. After quenching and tempering, carburizing heat treatment and then computer-controlled cryogenic treatment, its surface hardness reaches above HRC-62°, and the effective hardened layer on one side reaches above 1.5mm. The FX-12S spindle adopts dynamic pressure oil film spindle.
3, Adjusting wheel transmission system
The adjusting wheel spindle drive motor adopts Taiwan Delta Servo Motor (YAS KAWA) Servo Motor, FX-12S speed control 0~320rpm CNC, adjusted to the optimal linear speed, the same linear speed can be maintained when the outer diameter of the adjusting wheel changes. It ensures the accuracy and smoothness of the processed workpiece and grinds the best products.
The servo motor is cleverly designed and installed on the adjusting wheel box and directly driven by a synchronous belt. It can tilt the angle at the same time as the adjusting wheel during grinding, ensuring that the two pulleys are always parallel, overcoming the inertia loss and chain caused by the multi-section chain transmission of the old centerless grinder. Angle brings many adverse effects, and avoids frequent replacement of chains and zipper springs
