CNC door leaf horizontal four-side saw (automatic centering, evenly dividing the two side frames) MJK6424C1
Function:
The machine is special for door four edges precise sizing to requested size.
1. Design of main & scoring saw ensures cutting without edge broken.
2. With smashing cutter to smash waste strip, longitudinal saws group can tilt to meet demand of cutting bevel edge at 0-5 degree.
3. Automatic push the door to machine center in lengthwise direction to evenly cut both side waste material.
4. Automatic adjustable vacuum sucking worktable, to satisfy demand of door leaf's size frequency change.
5. Through-feed automatic feed-in & feed-out, feed-out direction could be forward or backward, to satisfy demand of single machine use and compose a line.
