6. Payment term
After the contract is signed, a 40% deposit is required to bring the contract into effect.
7. Production arrangement
Mass production starts upon receipt of the deposit. Typically, CNC milling machines are completed within 20 days, and automatic drilling and tapping machines within 15 days.
8. Packaging
We recommend wooden box packing to prevent damage during transportation.
9. Acceptance check
Upon receiving the goods, please inspect them carefully: Check for packing damage, leakage, and any product damage; Verify the product quantity and accessories match your requirements; Ensure all machine details are correct. If you find any issues, please take pictures and contact us immediately.
10. Warranty period
We offer a one-year warranty. During this period, we will send replacement components for free if they are not intentionally damaged. We also provide lifelong maintenance services. After the warranty period, customers will need to pay for components and shipping costs.
We can provide on-site debugging and training for customers, but these services will incur additional costs. Customers must pay for airfare between China and the destination, and provide free accommodation and meals for our technicians.
The 12-month warranty starts from the day the machine arrives. If it malfunctions, we will dispatch engineers to your factory within 24 hours of receiving notice. We continue to support maintenance even after the warranty period. Each CNC machine comes with English maintenance and operation manuals.
11. OEM Service
We accept purchase orders featuring customers' brands or trademarks.
