The machine adopts FANUC 0i-MF/H CNC system and has function of six axes and four axes moving simultaneously,which with electronic gear box(EGB)technology.a single-cut or multiple -cut hobbing cycle,a variety of cutting method,the position compensation can be achieved by the CNC control system,It also can achieve variety of gearcutting,such as,straight tooth,helical tooth,multiple teeth,drum-shaped teeth,small taper teeth,spline gear,sprockets,worm gears,etc.,the machine is suitable for small and large batch production.
The interface of the machine is specialized and easy to operate
With fully closed machine cover,the machine appearance is prm and beautiful.The cooling system adopts a large ßow of cooling pump and static electricity absorbing mist device .With Clean and hygienic working environment.
Adopts radial locking mechanism,tangential tool shifting clamping mechanism and rotary clamping mechanism,the rigidity of the machine tool is improvedgreatly.Worktable adopts high precision double lead worm gear which is equipped with hydraulic damping gap-eliminate unit to ensure the adjacent accumulation accuracy of gears.
The tool holder is equipped with a hob tensioning mechanism,
facilitates the installation of the hob and improves the working
efpciency
It can be equipped with accessories suchas automatic loading and unloading system,debarring mechanism,etc.,which is convenient for building an automatic production line.
