The company has advanced production line of lost foam, production line of clay sand, resin sand production line, V production line, welding and hydro-cylinder workshop. We can produce a variety products of ductile iron, gray iron castings, steel castings, welding counterweight iron, hydro-cylinder etc, and we equip with precise machining, testing and welding equipments, such as large machining center, CNC lathe, MMC and welding machine etc.
Meanwhile, we have the quality and technical inspection equipment which includes spectrum analyzer, furnace hot metal quality management instrument, resin sand and clay sand property inspection, our products have passed ISO/9001 and ISO/TS16949 quality system certification.
