Technical Requirements:
The machining accuracy of this workpiece is relatively high. Where the dimensional tolerance is as tight as 0.02mm, the perpendicularity is 0.03mm and the flatness is 0.02mm
Machining characteristics:
1.3-axis and 5-axis machining centers are used for rough machining, and stock is left on one side.
2.Aging treatment can fully remove the cutting stress in the workpiece.
3.3-axis machining center finishes the inner frame to ensure the flatness of the machined surface.
4.Machining center of 4+1 axes cooperates with the fixture to finish milling the remaining five surfaces, so that they can be formed at one time to ensure their flatness and perpendicularity. In particular, the wall thickness at the opening is relatively thin and has large chattering during machining, make sure that accuracy will be ensured.

Inspection Requirements:
The places where accuracy is required meet the requirements of drawing, and the flatness and perpendicularity are within 0.02mm, and it needs to be tested with CMM, and finished product reports from CMM are generated.
