Product Description
The cutting machine will creep on pipes and send the high- precision location information to control system, and then follow the cutting line immediately. This cutting method is totally different from the traditional large scale pipe intersection line cutting method.
The unique portable & bevel profile cutting machine can be used in factory and on-site, almost suitable for all pipes with different sizes. Its cutting accuracy could reach 1mm with build-in program & parameterized input interface. The whole machine is delicate and can be operated, delivered & stored easily. Additionally, the program can be updated.
No need for importing CAD, parameterized input interface, one person could operate it, complete model bases, providing model custom service.

1, Theoretical innovation
The sensor technology is used to realize the trajectory control. The intersecting line cutting machine climbs on the pipe, sends the high-precision real-time position information to the control system, and then follows the cutting curve in a very small time.This control method is completely different from the traditional bench pipe intersecting line cutting.
2, Structural innovation
It is the first time to put forward a complete solution of on-site cutting of pipeline intersecting line. By using the crawling cutting method around the pipe, the volume and weight can be significantly reduced, which is easy to carry to the site, does not occupy the resources of the workshop, and can realize the flexible production line layout.
