Each grinder of the company reaches the accuracy specified in the "Grinding Machine Accuracy Inspection Form", and the "Accuracy Inspection Form" of this grinder is handed over at the same time when the machine is handed over to the customer

After grinding (grinding) by our company's high-precision grinder, the following requirements must be met: (Different grinding wheels are used for workpieces of different materials)
1. Rough grinding (generally grinding amount 0.03~0.05mm)

Fine grinding (generally grinding amount 0.005~0.01mm)
3. Machine tool function description:
1 Front, back, left, right, up and down 3-axis servo, electronic handwheel, automatic feed.
Feeding adopts servo motor, the minimum feed amount is 0.001mm, the feed speed is adjustable, and it can meet the demanding requirements of high-precision grinding. When repairing the grinding wheel, the coarseness of the grinding wheel can be changed by adjusting the speed to cope with coarse grinding and fine grinding.
Up and down feeding adopts servo motor, and the minimum gear of the electronic handwheel is *0.001/*0.005/*0.01mm
The CNC system adopts a dialog box design, and only needs to fill in the total cutting amount, single cutting amount and other parameters, which is simple and easy to use.

3 Equipped with a variety of grinding programs: surface grinding/side grinding/groove grinding/step grinding.
