1- Finite Element Analysis designed for high-efficiency, high-rigidity, heavy-duty cutting. 

2- The box-structure column and base are received a full heat treatment and stress-relieved process. And supplying with the largest Z axis section size of RAM(230*200). Therefore it supports super-heavy cutting. 
Symmetrical structure, the heavily walled and Multi ribbed design minimizes the hot deformation, which ensures long-term stability of machining precision. 

3- Spindle radial direction bearing is P4 double row roller bearings, axial P4 large size thrust bearing, which ensures high precision and high loading. 

4- Independent hydraulic system. When the machine is working, the oil pump works under unloading, which avoids raising machine's temperature. When the machine is equipped with second spindle, the lathe is with oil cooler. 

5- Large diameter ball screw and X axis ball screw pre-tensioned structure ensure high precision and compensate hot deformation. 

6- Double doors design is convenient to unload parts, operating button panel can be turn 90° . 

7- CNC system uses Siemens or FANUC. 

8. With the air-conditioner in cabinet and the oil filter device for a high stable system. 

9- Users can choose transmission type of standard or heavy-loading or high-speed and can choose ZF dual speed gearbox or our company's four-speed gearbox.
