Equipment Feature
The machine designed with high rigidity frame, high positional accuracy, modern CNC system with a large set of functions, convenient control board. The filtration system of working fluid and the low wear of the tool-electrode provide high accuracy and stability of electrical discharge machining.
C-shaped design of the frame is made of high-strength cast iron brand HT300, heat treated, providing a stable spark gap between the electrode and work piece.
Reliable high-pressure pump of NC leading manufacturers works on an industrial computer.

Programmable control provides a uniform and low wear of electrode, and also a good final finishing.
Control program has a comfortable and intuitive interface (in English), you can quickly learn to operate machine and control (track) the whole machining process.
Control program controls the following process:
- Stability of the process;
- Productivity;
- Processing time.
In control program set the following convenient functions:
- Automatic processing programme;
- Graphical display of processing;
- Data storage when the power was cut (including emergency), with automatic recovery of the interrupted task;
- Be able to build your own library of processing modes.
