C41 pneumatic forging hammer is a kind of free forging hammer.The design is based on the time proved designs of the old European hammers many which are still in use today. With a self contained power hammer, you require no external air supply or high pressure hoses.
It can be used for all kinds of free forgings,such as stretching,upsetting,puching,hot shearing,forged welding,bending and
twisting.It can be used for die forging with boster dies,but can't be used for closed die forging,because the blow energy of close die forging is very big,the hammer rod,guide,working cylinder...ect main parts will be damaged.

Main Features

1) Simple structure ,self-contained .No need additional air compressor,easy in installation and maintation.
2) Adopting advanced resin cast hammer frame and other parts make the surface of cast very smooth.
3) Less Maintenance.Automatic and fully adjustable oil system.
4)Very easy to control,can by handle or footpedal control hammer working.
5) Provide 3-5 years spare parts for instead of wearing parts
6).Can special order the long ram type,that would keep the top die doesn't retract inside the cylinder.that can allow to use a little larger hammer die.
