PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
Chlorinated polyvinyl chloride has excellent dissolution characteristics, good electrical insulation, thermoplastic and film-forming properties, extremely stable chemical properties, corrosion resistance, water resistance, not easy to burn, soluble in ketones, chlorinated hydrocarbons, aromatic hydrocarbons, esters and some alcohols. Widely used in the production of various corrosion-resistant plastic products.
PRODUCT ADVANTAGES
Base on application, Shandong Watch New Materials Group Co., Ltd. Provides two grades of CPVC Resin: extrusion grade and injection grade:
- J-700 extrusion grade, mainly used for the extrusion of CPVC profiles, profiles.
- Z-500 injection grade, mainly used for injection molding of CPVC pipe fittings.

PACKAGING, STORAGE AND TRANSPORTATION
- 25kg polypropylene packaging bags, or customized packaging according to customer requirements.
- During the transportation and loading and unloading of products, it should be kept clean to prevent sun and rain, high temperature and humidity, and avoid damage to the packaging. It should be stored in a cool, dry, no direct sunlight, temperature below 40 °C warehouse, storage period of two years, after two years after the performance test qualified, can still be used.
