1.Introduction
Hot Air Tray Dryer is electrical devices used in drying and sterilization. The oven uses dry heat to dry and sterilize articles. Generally, they can be operated from 50 to 140 °C. There is a thermostat controlling the temperature. These are digitally controlled to maintain the temperature. Their double walled insulation keeps the heat in and conserves energy. An air circulating fan helps in uniform distribution of the heat. These are fitted with the adjustable wire mesh plated trays and may have an on/off switch, as well as indicators and controls for temperature and holding time. The capacities of these ovens vary.It is widely used for drying pharmaceutical, chemical, food, agricultural, aquatic products, like API, herbals, pastes, powders and granules, syrups, pills, packing containers, color pigments, dehydrate vegetables and fruits, plastic chips, electronic elements, etc.
