Quality Control:
We are working with four QC processes to guaranty the quality: 1. For raw materials; 2. During the half of production; 3.Final QC test one by one after aging 12 hours; 4. QC selects inspection of the packaged products. All of our products have to pass the strict inspection before they go out.
Trade Terms:
1. Payment T/T 30% deposits before production, balance to be paid off before shipment.
2. Sample can be delivered in 7 working days.
3. Shipping freight are quoted under your requests.
4. Discounts are offered based on order quantities.

Q1. When can I get the quotation?
If any items get your interest, please send feedback to our email or chat on trade manager. We usually quote within 12 hours after get your inquiry. If you are having a very urgent project that needs our quick response, please call us or tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry a priority.
Q2 . How can I get a sample for quality check?
After price confirmation, you can require samples to check our quality. If you need samples, we will charge the sample cost. But the sample cost can be refunded after order confirmation if the quantity can exceed our MOQ.
Q3. What is your delivery time?
A: Sample order: 7-10 working days . Mass order: 30-35 days after 30% deposit received.
Q4. What is your payment term?
A: Payment shall be 30% deposit by TT, balance against copy of B/L,or L/C at sight.
Q5. What is your MOQ?
A: For this model, usually our MOQ is 3000pcs, but we also accept sample order for trial.
Q6: Can you provide OEM or ODM service?
Yes, we do provide OEM and ODM services cause have a professional team having rich experience in lighting field. Just tell us your ideas, and we will carry out into perfect lighting solutions. And at present, we are doing ODM business with some famous European brands which assisted them won their market.
Q7: Where is your factory? How can I get there?
A: Our factory is located in Zhenhai ,Ningbo, Zhejiang Province, about 1.5 hours by train from Shanghai;2 hours by plane from Guangzhou. Welcome to visit our factory!
Q8: Are you a factory or trading company?
A: We are a factory first, and we are also a trading company offers the service of sourcing goods and manage goods.
Q9:How you offer warranty for your clients?
A: We offer at least two year guarantee for all products. Once there was complaint from clients or markets, we will check out and discuss then work out suitable solutions together with clients.
