1. Vertical wrapping machine
1.1 Structure: Vertical through-eye wrapping structure
1.2 Process: Feed in the SAW wire coil by small crane (prepared by customer) with manual adjust, wrapping automatic, take off the wrapped wire coil
2. Basic requirements for vertical wrapping machine
2.1 PLC control, button operation.
2.2 Manually start working mode.
2.3 Frequency inverter speed regulation, the overlap degree of packing tape can be adjusted as required.
2.4 When the outer diameter of the package is different, the height of the slip ring can be adjusted manually.
2.5 The supporting roller is made of high pressure polyurethane, won't damage the wire surface.
2.6 The upper and lower guard rollers of this machine can be adjusted manually
