1. Adopting a fully geared back-twist system to achieve 100% back-twist stranding.
2High Stranding Speed: The stranding cages incorporate a gear back-twist mechanism, with the center main shaft made from seamless steel tubing, and large bearings at both ends. The gearbox, crafted from cast iron, features transmission gears that have undergone grinding treatment. The tracking capstan is also made of cast iron, with ground shaft and gearbox transmission replacing traditional chain connections. These design enhancements substantially increase the cage's rigidity, transmission system strength, and rotational speed, ensuring high productivity.
