XLT Sugar Sprinkles Vermicelli Extruder making machine
Main application:It is widely used in waste clay granulation,foaming and oil extraction, rubber auxiliaries, food additives, plastic auxiliaries, catalysts, pesticides, dyes, pigments, daily chemicals, pharmaceuticals and other industries that need to be granulated.
XLT series screw extruders are divided into single screw type and twin screw type. There are two types of extrusion forms: front discharge and side discharge. The mixed and kneaded wet materials or materials with low softening point (generally less than 50 degrees) are conveyed and extruded by screw. It is extruded from the die opening of the die, so as to achieve the purpose of changing the powdery product into a uniform granular product. The shape of the particles is cylindrical, the diameter of the finished particles is adjusted and controlled by the aperture diameter, the side discharge is 0.7~2.0mm, and the front discharge is 1.5~12mm.
Working Principle:
The granules produced by this machine are extruded by screw rod and steel plate rigidly. The granule shape is regular, the texture is tight, the fine powder is less, and it is not easy to absorb moisture. Since the granulation process of powdery materials is completed in the wet state, the operating conditions of granulation and its subsequent processes (such as drying, packaging, etc.) are greatly improved. Generally, it can reduce the on-site dust flying by more than 90%. Through granulation, the phenomenon of agglomeration, bridging and pulsation that are easy to occur in powder products can be avoided, and the secondary pollution caused by the powder during the use process can be avoided, so that the physical properties of the product can be greatly improved. In general, the bulk specific gravity of granulated products is greatly improved, so it can save space for transportation, storage and packaging. For multi-component composite and mixed products, granulation can avoid the segregation of each component, thus truly ensuring the quality of composite products.
