Technical Requirements:
1.Due to the coupling effect when Aluminum Comes in contact with copper,corrosion will happen inthe short time. The best solution is to use aluminum-copper bi-metal connectors. It is according with IEC 61238-1.
2.The transition section between aluminum and copper is produced by friction welding, bending 180°,no breaking weld.
3.The marking should be clearly,well-proportioned with the depth of 3mm;
4.Closed angle and edge curl are not allowed at the mouth of the pipe.
5.Acid-clearing surface.Note:copper palm for CAL-500B & CAL-630B is square.
6.16sqmm to 630sqmm,Note: Copper palm for 500sqmm and 630sqmm is square.

2. How to pay?
A: TT and L/C are acceptable and TT will be more appreciated.30% deposit before producing, 70% balance before loading by TT.
3. What is the delivery time?
A: It depends on order quantity.Generally, the delivery time will be within 15 to 30 days.
4. Package information
A:For inner box and master carton are made as per international standards,and we can make special designed for you if need.And if necessary,will be packed in pallet to avoid any damage.
B:Not more than 35kg per carton box,about 1000kg per pallet
