Material:E-Cu; Al-99.6%
Technical Requirements:
1. Due to the coupling effect when Aluminum Comes in contact with copper, corrosion will happen in a short time. The best solution is to use aluminum-copper bi-metal connectors. It is according to IEC 61238-1.
2. The transition section between aluminum and copper is produced by friction welding, bending 180°, no breaking weld.
3. The marking should be clearly, and well-proportioned with a depth of 3mm;
4. Closed angle and edge curl are not allowed at the mouth of the pipe.
5. Acid-clearing surface.Note: copper palm for CAL-500B & CAL-630B is square.
