a. insert the safety lock, Windows display "0.0" ,enter " start/stop"; "speed" from the countdown 3 to 1, buzzer warning sound ,system boot up.
b. treadmill adjustment the speed as "speed+, speed-"
c. Treadmill count the sports parameters and display updating .
d: press the speed shortcut key adjust the speed directly, ,display number the same as key number.
e: press the "stop" to slow down, the treadmill stop.
