Egg yolk and broiler skin coloring is a natural process, canthaxanthin is one of the most important factor of coloring.
Poultry can not synthesize canthaxanthin itself, but in the evolutionary process of obtaining canthaxanthin gradually
have from food and deposited into the skin and fat in capacity.
