A1: Yes, we're a DIRECT MANUFACTURE with over 10 years experience, main products of us include Drive in racking,Pallet Racking, Shelving, Radio Shuttle, Cantilever, Mezzanine, etc. All products are 100% produced by ourselves.
Q2: Where are you company located?
A2: Our factory is located in Jiangning District,Nanjing, Jiangsu, China, close to Nanjing Port and Shanghai Port.
Q3: Do you provide design drawing?
A3: We provides ONE-STOP warehouse storage solution, including Design, Consultant, Manufacture, Installation, Technical Guidance and Maintenance.(All are free)
Q4 How long of your warranty period?
A4: We afford 10-year warranty and lifetime insurance services of all racking products. Any quality issues that caused by quality of products, we'll provide free parts for replacement.
Q5: Are you able to provide installation service?
A4: We have mature installation team with rich project experience. For some complicated cases, our engineer could come to project site and help clients for installation work. Normally, we can offer solution for your problem through email, mob and video call within 24 hours. We do have installtion team in Vietnam and Australia etc.
