Product Description
Two main kinds of BOPP polypropylene capacitor film:
1. The plain BOPP capacitor film (MP) with corona treatment in one side for metallzing.
Feature: The metallized films produced by this product have mechanic, physical, and uniform mctallized layer with high attachment force and anti-oxidation.
Application: Used for low power shunt capacitors, AC motor running capacitors, and the various DC-high frequency capacitors.
Thickness: 3.8mic --15 mic
2 Rough surface BOPP capacitor film (RP, RRP) with one side or both sides rough surface for impregnation.
Feature: They are produced by high purity and high ISO-tactical portion PP resin raw material. Two step flat stretching in both orientation, and have low dissipation factor, high diclectric strength, good compatibility with various impregnation diclectric oils and sovent-less.
Application: Used for film-paper component capacitors or full film capacitors. Include high power capacitors. Electrical-heating oven capacitor. Microwave oven capacitors etc.
