Product Description
1.31.75mm Parallel shank for clamping strength and finish. Suitable for large cutter above Φ 50mm.
2. Applicable to jple cutting and process of annular groove on various magnetic drills and press.
3. Can be used on various materials, like steel plate, Copper, aluminium, cast iron, stainless steel and plastic. And complex material available for drilling, a higher cutting speed available.
4. Selected speical-purpose carbide tips with multi-cut geometry for ply-cutting and lower friction. Reduced damage of tips and improved performance of ships removal.
5. Multi-ply cutting end edge geometry, to improve removal of chips and keep less resistance.
6. The specifications from the Φ 50mm ~ Φ 150mm, depth of cutting 75mm, 100mm series.
7. Can be customized Φ 150mm ~ Φ 200mm, depth can be extended to 200mm according the needs of special occasions.
8. The product is mainly used to process the hole of steel component, such as steel structure project, railway traffic, bridging, shipbuilding, machine manufacture, aviation and spaceflight.
