Step1 | Design the tools following the workpiece or customer's requirements. |

Step3 | Tool body making by CNC machining center or grinding machines. |
Step4 | PCD tips are bladed to the tool body by vacuum welding. |
Step5 | Making through or blind coolant holes to cutting edges by sinker EDM or CNC machining . |
Step6 | Machine the PCD blades by Vomeller with 7-8 times. |
Step7 | Cutting edge process by Coborn based on request. |
Step8 | QC and final testing reports . |
Step9 | All tools will be packed with plastic box. |
Step10 | UPS/DHL/FedEx/TNT delivery. |

A : It depends on the inventory availability.If items needed are in stock, the delivery time would be within 7 work days, but if not the delivery time would be around 7-35 work days.
