Carbon fiber prepreg made sheet/plate are multiple layers of unidirectonal carbon fiber laminate at 0 and 90 degrees. The surface can be 3K twill or 3K plain weave with high glossy/matte/rough finish according to clients request.Carbon fiber prepreg made sheets have advantages as follows:
- High strength and stiffness with low weight
- Excellent fatigue resistance
- Dimensional stability: Low to Zero CTE (Coefficient of Thermal Expansion)
- X-Ray transparency
- Light weight strong structural components,for example UAV drone,bridge panel,airplane panel;
