Tube to tube butt welding machine with special pneumatic jaw, inside type design, it is suitable for 32-76mm tube, and do not need replace jaw or chuck. There is one AC servo motor through tooth chain to driven both main spindles to sync rotary, pneumatic position baffle is in the middle of main machine, it is used for positioning both side of tubes. Motorized lifting unit is the bottom of main machine, driven by motor and used for adjust the height of main machine in order to fit different diameter of tubes.
Hot TIG welding (wire heating welding) will heating the filled welding wire in order to get a temperature between 300-500 degree. Most of the arc energy is used for molten the metal, compared with common type cold wire welding, it will get a high deposition rate (improve 60%) when in same welding current, increase the welding speed (improve 80%).
