Q: Are you factory or trade company?
A: We are factory, have our own machines, workers, R&D department. Sales and after-sale department.
Q: What is your payment terms?
A: T/T 40% as deposit, and 60% release before shipment. We'll take product and package photos for your approval.
Q: What is your trade terms?
A: FOB, CNF, CIF, DAP. Mostly are ok by Incoterms Rule 2010.
Q: How about your delivery time?
A: Normally, it will take around 20 days after receiving your advance payment. Larger quantity, time are negotiation.
Q: What is your sample policy?
A: Sample is avallable for stock models.
