Normally we give one year warranty. We have experienced and strictly inspecting QC team, all products got enough tested before shipping out. If our customers receive the goods with quality problems, except for human damage, we must compensate in next orders.

This is our standard after-sales service process once any quality issues happened: Firstly contact with the Sales and customer service manager and tell them about the problems and send actual photos, then all our teams will discuss about it and must reply you within 8 hours about how to deal with the problems.
