Machine profile:
This machine adopt manual sheets supplying, vacuum suction type automatic lead edge feeding. Can finish corrugated cardboard printing, slotting, corner cutting, edge slitting, creasing, etc functions at the same time. Electrical carton height adjustment, equipped with ruler for easy size checking. The phase of slotting adjustment device is planetary gears structure, adopt electrical adjustment in 360 degree. Above slotter and down knife holders and creasers can move left-right synchronously manually by professional tools. It is easy and convenient in using and maintenance, small and delicate, specially for small cartons printing slotting and forming.

2. One unit mesh is 220LPI or 250LPI (Dalian brand)
3. High quality steel, surface with grinding, and chrome plated.
4. Do balancing and correction, run steadily.
5. Ratchet wheel stationary type printing plate roll shaft.
6. Complete with printing plate groove, suitable to the standard hanging strip 10*3mm.
7. Installed the pedal to control printing plate obverse and reverse rotate, easy to change the printing plate.
Slotting Unit:
The suitable paper thickness: 1.5~12mm. Can process A/B/C/E flute corrugated paperboard.
1.Main configuration: Touch screen control on auto feeder, electrical phase adjustment, electrical units separate and combine, penumatic locking, pneumatic lifting up and down of printing plate, spray lubrication, slotter knives manual transverse moving, electrical carton height adjustment, customer also can choose high configuration computerized control of sizes, can adjust carton height and transverse moving synchronously and can store orders.
2.Slotter unit adopt crosshead shoe and guide rail, improved the slotting precision and adjust speed. 10pcs lead screw for computerized control. Increase creasing shafts to 3 rows of creasers, make creasing shafts thicker and heaver, can improve the creasing effect, make paperboard more suitable to the automatic folder gluer.
Slotting knives thickness is 7mm, use high quality alloy steel with heat treated of the knife tooth.
The above slotting shafts diameter is 156mm, with surface grinding and chrome plating, move steadily.
Slotting knives axial adjustment in transverse is manual, carton height adjustment in lengthways is manual.
Adopt special waste remover, reduce the cost and longer lifetime.
