Q1: Could you accept factory audit?
A: Yes, we accept. Welcome to visit our factory for factory evaluation.
Q2: Can I see the artwork before payment for mold fee?
A: Yes, we can offer the free 2D artwork for your reference.
Q3: I don't know the effect when it finished, I am afraid to place the mass order, could I get a sample?
A: Of course. We can do sample first and confirmed by video, pictures or sending you physical samples for approval before we do mass order.
Q4: I need my product very urgent, how fast could you produce it?
A: We have over 32 machines to guarantee fast lead time, normally 8-14days depends on quantity, we can check factory production schedule to arrange the fastest production for you if you are urgent for the order.
Q5: How do you control quality? What will you do if there is quality issue?
A: We have QC during production, before shipment, also QC by sales and third party. If there is quality issue when you received items, feedback us problems with pictures or videos, we will offer you solution within 12 hours. We will always help our customers any problems positively.
