The tray dryer is equipped with a low-noise, high-temperature-resistant axial flow fan, and an automatic temperature control
system. The entire circulation system is fully enclosed, which improves thermal efficiency. A forced dehumidification centrifugal
fan is optional for the dryer; it can regularly discharge the hot and humid air from the dryer, which can increase the efficiency
and achieve an energy-saving state. The Tray dryer is equipped with an automatic temperature control system for precise
temperature control. it is widely used in all kinds of materials.

Working Principle
The hot air circulation tray dryer adopts a high-temperature-resistant long-shaft circulation fan, and the forced hot air heated by
an electric heating tube or a steam heat exchanger is circulated in the oven. The drying oven is equipped with adjustable air
distribution plates; with the effect of forced ventilation, the relative temperature is more uniform and heat transfer is enhanced,
which increases the moisture evaporation rate and shortens the drying time. The whole oven body adopts a fully-enclosed structure;
most of the hot air circulates in the oven, and hot and humid air is rationally discharged, it has the advantages of high thermal
efficiency, energy-saving, and uniform drying of materials under the effect of forced ventilation.
