1) SF-D FMulti-cassette Positive Pressure Single Facer Corrugator Machine adopt negative pressure design, helps the flute paper to press evently and closer on surface of corrugating roller, to have perfect forming and even gluing on flute tip, better laminating with line paper to single faced cardboard.
2) Quick change corrugator roller in 15 munites, while replacing corrugating roller, the whole complete roller set with cassette to delivery into the machine matched and fixed by hydraulic system on base of machine.
3) Corrugating roller, pressure roller and gluing roller adopt high stability air bag control system, with pneumatic control buffer effect.
